Please click here for a copy of our Booking Form which you will need to complete and return to us by post together with a cheque for your deposit. The deposit will be 10% of the ground cost, plus the TOTAL cost of the flight, if required.

On receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will if required, ask Forward Travel to book your air ticket and make the necessary ground arrangements. You will then be sent an acknowledgement letter and invoice for the balance due.
